Soulja says Meth has a right to react how he wants

Method Man recently admitted that the crowd at Hot 97’s Summer Jam where he performed was simply not his type, thanks to generational gap. The Wu-Tang Clan rapper revealed that he won’t perform at the festival again.

Soulja Boy recently caught up with TMZ where he was asked about his take on the situation, and the rapper was okay with Meth’s reaction. “I don’t think he mean that. He probably just in his feelings,” he explained. “He probably gon’ perform at a future event, you know what I’m saying? But shout out to him. People got different … I don’t know. That’s New York, though. Everybody supposed to know who he is.

“It don’t matter. That’s crazy. I didn’t know that. There probably was a lot of young people in the audience. Shout out to him. He’s definitely a legend, for sure. He entitled to respond however he feel like. It’s gon’ be all good.”
