Offset’s next album will include his last collab with Takeoff
Offset is gearing up to release his next solo studio album and now new details emerge. During an interview with Variety, the rapper played the album for the outlet which features Travis Scott, Future, Chloe Bailey, Latto, Cardi B, and of course, the late Takeoff.
The “Ric Flair Drip” rapper explained that the song with Takeoff will be their last collab.
NBA Youngboy’s latest release, Richest Opp, debuted at No. 4 on Billboard 200 this week after earning 51K equivalent album units, according to HITSDD. This makes the Baton Rouge rapper the third rapper with most Top 10 albums on the chart, tying Drake and Future who have 15 each.
Jay-Z and Nas are the only two artist who have 16 albums each to enter the Top 10.

Young Metro and Pluto are increasingly hyping up their upcoming album
Metro Boomin and Future are cooking up their highly anticipated collaborative album, but are we already witnessing the beginning of the rollout? The duo has been teasing the project since early in the year with Future sharing the most recent reminder that the album is on the horizon.
On Tuesday (May 2), the Free Bandz rapper hopped on Twitter with a short message referencing the dynamic duo he makes with Metro. “Pluto x Metro,” Future wrote, before Metro quoted the tweet with multiple fire emojis and later shared it on his Instagram stories.
In April, following one of their Coachella performances, Metro shared a tentative artwork of the upcoming project IG stories. Back in March, the Heroes & Villains producer told Flaunt magazine that “he would definitely bet on” the joint effort arriving this year.
Metro and Future have been hinting at their collab project
As fans anticipate for Metro Boomin and Future’s collab album, the platinum producer adds more fire to the hype. This week, Metro took to Instagram stories to share a tentative cover art for the forthcoming project.
The artwork portrays Future performing onstage while Metro engineers the show at his equipment desk as they literally set the stage on fire.
Back in March, Metro confirmed that they are planning to unleash the album later this year. “Definitely. I would bet on it,” Metro told Flaunt about the possibility of the project dropping this year. “I would definitely bet on it.”
Durk confirms he has a joint project with Future on the way
There has been word on the street that Lil Durk and Future have been working on a joint album, well, Smurk confirms the rumors. The 7220 rapper recently appeared on XXL cover story where he opened up about a number of things, including his album with Pluto.
The interviewer asked him if the album is indeed going to drop, to which he confirmed, citing that he has many songs with Future. “Me and Future got a thousand songs together. We talked about it one day in the studio, about doing a collab album,” Durk explained. “Just going crazy, dropping, dropping, dropping. And from that studio session, everybody knew about it. We gon’ make it happen.”
He added that he doesn’t have a “timeline” of when the project will arrive. “Something I’m definitely gonna do. I won’t put a timeline on it. It’s something we gon’ do for the culture. Outside of the music, our bond, you know, we been locked in. He always been giving game,” he continued. “Since the beginning-beginning. My older brother passed, DThang, they was super close, so we got history together. That’s why I say the culture move would be like, “Damn, that’s hard.”
It looks like Weeknd and Future have new music on the way
The Weekend might be looking to drop new music soon. On Monday evening (April 10), Abel hopped on Instagram live previewing a number of songs from the studio where Mike Dean can be seen in the background. It is presumed that Future features on one of the songs.

The Toronto megastar released his last album, Dawn FM, in January 2022. A few days after the album dropped, Weeknd revealed that along with 2021’s Afterhours, the album is part of a trilogy. Perhaps he is gearing up to complete the trilogy.
Future has climbed to the fifth place in the list of the most successful rappers in Billboard history, HipHop All Day reports. The Atlanta star is behind Drake, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, and Eminem.

N.O.R.E says there are rumors that Future isn’t happy about Drizzy & 21’s joint album
Future isn’t so okay with Drake dropping a collab album with 21 Savage, N.O.R.E says he’s heard such rumors. The “Superthug” rapper appeared on The Breakfast Club Thursday (January 26) where he revealed word on the street is that Future feels like Her Loss will blanket his 2015 joint album with Drake, What A Time To Be Alive.
“I heard there’s a big rumor that Future is not too happy with this Drake and 21 Savage album, and it makes Drake and Future’s album not as important, I would say,” Noreaga disclosed. “This is allegedly, this is all rumors, I’ve never heard it from Future’s mouth, never heard it from Drake, never heard it from 21, but it’s an alleged big rumor that’s going on right now.”
