The slang term “Hoodrat” (also spelled “Hood rat”) is an adjective which is used to reference or describe a sexually promiscuous woman who sleeps around in the neighborhood or someone who is from the hood.
Hoodrat means 1. A sexually promiscuous woman who has been with a lot of men in the “hood” or “Neighborhood”. 2. Someone from the hood who participates in criminal activities.
