Travis Scott is working on new music
It’s been two years since we received a Travis Scott album, Astroworld. The album release saw a massive success, sitting at the top of the charts for weeks and also going multi-platinum.
Fans all over the world have been eagerly waiting to get another studio album from Cactus Jack, and it seems their wishes will come true in no time.
Back in August, Travis Scott wrote a letter to his critically-acclaimed Astroworld on it’s anniversary. In the letter, the Houston rapper supposedly revealed the title of his next album. “Happy Astroversary a 2 year ride that’s still one of my favorites!!!”, read the letter. “Album means so much to me!! To every one that bumps and rages to that soundtrack I love you.” He then finished by writing, “Let’s keep the ride going see you in Utopia.”
After it was announced that Scott’s single Franchise featuring Young Thug and MIA had debuted at number one on Billboard Hot 100, Travis is still teasing the new album. “GOING TO COOK UP AND BUILD THESE WALLS FOR UTOPIA. SEE YOU GUYS SOON” wrote Travis Scott, before adding in another tweet, “DJs Just keep Checking ur mailbox Got something on the way in the mail for ya.”
The No Bystanders rapper has even changed his Twitter and Instagram bio from ‘Astroworld’ to ‘Utopia’ providing further confirmation of the upcoming album. Watch Franchise below to get a glimpse of how the album will be like.
