Lil Baby isn’t slowing up
Many artists have been dropping plenty of music this year, could it be singles, mixtapes or albums. As expected, the level of success is varying between different artists. Some may have flopped, others performed averagely and others like Lil Baby, have seen massive success in their careers.
Baby’s sophomore album My Turn has been the best-selling album of the year, being the only one to go double-platinum. The deluxe version also did well on the charts, and featured the top ten hit We Paid featuring his 4PF artist 42 Dugg.
The Quality Control rapper also has the biggest modern protest song (as described by Billboard) under his belt. The Bigger Picture reached number three on Billboard Hot 100 and has since been certified gold. The conscious anthem has further authenticated the ATLien’s 2020 reign.
After all the success Lil Baby has experienced, he is ready to drop more music. He recently went on Twitter to promise his fans that new music is on the way. It is not clear whether fans should expect a single or a body of work since it’s already been around seven months since My Turn dropped. “New music on the way”, tweeted the 4PF boss.
