Ice Ice Baby was also the Hip-Hop song by a rapper to go No. 1 on the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart, though Blondie‘s 1981 single ‘Rapture’ had a rap in it and went No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 on March 28, 1981.
