Spice describes her first celebrity crush as ’embarrassing’
Ice Spice recently linked up with Doja Cat for Instagram’s Close Friends Podcast debut. The two discussed a number of topics including Spice’s first celebrity crush.
“Oh, it’s so embarrassing,” the New York rapper told Doja. “I was gonna say it was Usher. Yeah, I saw him at the Met Gala that was the first time I ever seen him. I was like, ‘Oh my God it’s him’ […] Gorgeous man.”
Doja Cat commended Spice’s choice and described the R&B crooner as “beautiful.”
Usher is one of the most iconic singers on the planet. His status helped him land a spot to perform at the Super Bowl LVIII in 2024.
