With a round figure net worth of $45 million, Rick Ross’ shows off his boss mentality, daily
Appearing on REVOLT’s first episode of Assets Over Liabilities, the biggest boss, Rick Ross, displayed another reason as to why he’s worthy of such titles.
“After I got my deal and my situation, I bought a million-dollar home maybe two minutes from here that I still own that’s right around the corner just so I can ride by it every day while I’m in Atlanta,” Ross explained to the viewers. “And that’s what the play was.”
Ross also has his autobiography out: The Perfect Day To Boss Up. To be noted, Ross is also the owner of a $3.5 million estate in Florida and a 109-room estate in Georgia. HipHopDX mentions his collection of over 100 cars, too.
Tragedy struck the Astroworld Festival on Friday (Nov. 5). A total of 8 people lost their lives, with hundreds being injured. In the wake of the event, Roddy Ricch has taken to his Instagram story to pledge a donation of his entire net earnings from his performance.
“Please have the families of those who we lost yesterday reach out,” Roddy posted on his Instagram story. The “Down Below” artist continued with, “I’ll [be] donating my net compensation to the families of this incident. #Pray4Houston.”
He urged that the victims’ families reach out to Shawn Holiday, one his managers and co-head of urban music at Columbia Records. He is also part of the Black Music Action Coalition’s advisory board, per Variety reports.
Among the 8 festivalgoers, one was a 14 and 16-year-old, with the other victims ranging from ages 17-21.

He was set to headline the 3-day festival.
Before Big Sean shares new, upcoming album, he releases 6-track offering with Hit-Boy
Big Sean released his Detroit II album on September 4, 2020. Sean, 33, has remained in the spotlight, sharing music and endeavors outside of the studio. Today (Oct. 29), He and Hit-Boy have released their 6-track EP, What You Expect.
Sean is demanding his respect as a rapper and artist that is his own entity away from G.O.O.D. Music. “That’s a forever brotherhood,” he said on his relationship with those on the label. “But business wise, I had to start getting a bigger cut! I worked my way out that deal.”
Released on Finally Famous to Def Entertainment, under the umbrella of Def Jam Recordings, Sean is still preparing another full-length body of work. “Album coming out crazy,” the rapper tweeted out. “It’s not done but I still felt like it was time to give the people who do fuck wit me n Hit some more music, love! N these 6 slap harder than most ya’ll albums anyway.”

It’s Never Enough: Drake’s R&B mixtape that never saw the light of day
In the early parts of Fall 2010, Drake was coming off a hot summer, having just released his debut studio album, Thank Me Later. The Canadian, soon-to-be superstar wasn’t done with releasing music. In fact, he was slated to drop a mixtape — an R&B mixtape — titled It’s Never Enough.
The first track released for the tape was “I Get Lonely Too,” a slowed-up tempo song produced by Noah “40” Shebib. The song takes many pages from TLC’s 1999 track, “FanMail.” According to a 2010 MTV article, a 23-year-old Drake announced ‘I Get Lonely Too” was Drake’s favorite from the tape. He had planned on putting it out in October but pushed the release for later that year.
“I don’t know if it’ll be this month,” Drake said to MTV, at the time of anticipation. It’s a lot of great music that we all enjoy listening to as a team. Gearing up for my next album, preparing people. What I said on my next album is that I didn’t necessarily wanna have full R&B songs. I just wanna find a balance like I did on So Far Gone. I wanna have more songs on my next album. I wanna give people that music. I’m really excited about It’s Never Enough. I might pick a beautiful woman and shoot a video. I have some ideas.”
The R&B album never lived to see the light of day, but songs like “I Get Lonely Too” have found nesting grounds on Drake projects (Care Package), fan-made mixtapes, and the many vortexes of the internet. The following fall season, Drake dropped what has been heralded as one of his best albums, Take Care.
In 2018, Drake released his album, Scorpion. On side B of the digital double-disc album, it’s full R&B, an idea that Drake has back pocketed for nearly a decade at the time.
In April, it was announced that Kanye West’s 21-years-in-the-making documentary was sold to Netflix to the tune of $30 million.
The Jeen-Yuhs doc is edging closer to a Netflix premiere, and the first teaser has arrived.
The three-part doc was created by filmmakers Clarence “Coodie” Simmons and Chike Ozah, who together run the company, Creative Control. Joining forces with TIME Studios, it’s been reported that Kanye West is not creatively involved with this documentary, despite allowing them to film him for over 20 years, according to Pitchfork.
“Jeen-Yuhs,” which translates to “genius,” has been used by many (himself included) to describe his worldly contributions. The doc will take an in-depth look at Ye’s career, as well as personal moments, to give fans a different view of the 44-year-old, multitalented being.
While in Paris, Roddy Ricch appears to be filled with the upmost confidence about his upcoming album — Live Life Fa$t.
So far, according to Roddy’s Instagram story post, the album will have 18 tracks, total, with a 51-minute run time. Of course, this is subject to change, but for now, this remains.
“I’m livin n the studio,” he wrote. “Doing this shit for all the mf who love the music. Doing this shit for all the mf who hate us too. I got my flame bac.”
In the late winter of 2019, Roddy dropped his debut album, Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial. The freshman effort debuted on the Billboard 200 chart at #1, backed by the major hit of “The Box.”
Future has put out a slew of hits, but none have hit the mark quite like this
Drake and Future have found much success doing collaborations together. We can look back to “What A Time To Be Alive,” a joint project the two put out, and even in recent history, “Life Is Good.” Looking further into the present moment, “Way 2 Sexy” with Drake and Young Thug is currently sitting in the no. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, the first single from Drizzy’s Certified Lover Boy album.
.@1future earns his first ever #1 hit on the Hot 100 with "Way 2 Sexy".
Last year, Future almost came close with “Life Is Good,” but landed in the no. 2 spot. The 37-year-old songwriter, the rapper has seen much success, but this is still an amazing accomplishment for Future’s highly notable career.
Drake occupies all but one spot on the top 10 hot 100 charts.
Kanye was intrigued by Fivio Foreign’s upcoming album title of Bible. He made mention of the two building a bond and Ye genuinely being interested in knowing Fivio as a person, beyond just music. After all, music comes from a real place, and Ye appears to want to dig deeper.
