G Herbo no longer held in jail
At the start of the month, it was reported that G Herbo and five other people who happen to be members of his crew were accused of using stolen IDs to make $1.5M worth of purchases. Herb later turned himself in.
Among who were accused were Herbo's promoter and manager, Antonio “T-Glo” Strong, Joseph “Joe Rodeo” Williams, Steven Hayes Jr., Demario Sorrells and Terrence Bender, who were all indicted on 14 counts and charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.
It is alleged that the group used the stolen identities to charge luxury goods and services including private jets, exotic car rentals, limo rides, a vacation at a villa in Jamaica and two designer dogs. G Herbo is being accused of being complicit with the crimes.
Although details about Swervo's release are still scarce, a recent post by The Shade Room suggests that the 25-year old rapper is back home preparing for Christmas holidays with his lover Taina Williams. Stay tuned for more details.
