Drake's new Spotify record puts him in a league of his own
It's only fair to accept that Drake is one of the greatest rappers of our time. Throughout the decade, the Canadian megastar has consistently been setting records. He has set yet another, this time on Spotify. The famed rapper has been named as the first artist to surpass 50 billion combined streams on Spotify.
Drizzy is expected to drop his Certified Lover Boy album in the first quarter of the year, so his streaming numbers are likely to get even bigger.
Drake's frequent collaborator, Future, congratulated the Scorpion rapper shortly after the news broke. “50 billion streams SHEESH congrats to THE BOY ?,” tweeted Pluto.
