Rocky promises evolution and maturity in his next album

covers GQ's June/July 2021 issue, and in an interview for the publication, Rocky opens up about a variety of topics including his next album, tentatively titled, All Smiles. Rocky revealed that the album is 90 percent complete as of now, but it doesn't have an official release date yet.

The Harlem artist also talks about his approach towards the making of the album. Rocky cites maturity and his relationship with as major forces behind the project.

“It's all about the evolution,” he says. “If I'm still doing the same shit with the same sounds and the same bars and the same visuals from years ago, what's the point? You got that catalog. You can go revisit that.”

Rocky also revealed that the album will feature Morrissey and Rihanna. He also disclosed that RiRi has influenced the new record. “I think it's important to have somebody that you can bounce those creative juices and ideas off of.”
