Moneybagg Yo knows the ‘'streets calling'' for new music
Following a successful 2021, Memphis rapper Moneybagg Yo took a musical break and hasn't been dropping new music often. According to a tweet posted on Sunday (March 13), Bagg is ready to bless the streets with some new gems.
‘'Been chilling long enough streets calling, New Mursic Otw,'' he wrote with eyes and fire emojis.
The 30-year-old rapper had a remarkable run last year. He released his fourth studio album, A Gangsta's Pain, in April 2021 and saw a high-commercial performance. The project debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 after selling 110,000 album-equivalent units in the first week.
It spawned Billboard hits like ‘'Time Today,'' ‘'Hard For The Next,'' and the drank anthem, ‘'Wockesha.'' The deluxe version also had a few hits including ‘'Scorpio'' which is still doing well on the charts.
