The Weeknd sets impressive new Billboard record

This week, The Weeknd set a new record for ’s Singles chart. The Toronto singer’s song “Blinding Lights” took the top spot for the past 21 weeks, topping fellow Canadian Drake‘s 2016 hit “One Dance.” In a three-way tie, ’ “What I Like” and ’s own “Starboy” all spent 20 weeks on top along with prior to the new record being set.
