Young Thug and Lil Baby both grew up in Atlanta and went to the same high school Tri Cities High School in East Point, Georgia.
Both Young Thug and Lil Baby went to the same high school, Lil Baby revealed this during a March 2020 interview with The Breakfast Club, “Thug went to (my high school)… he's like one grade older than me.” Young Thug is actually 3(three) years older than Lil Baby. Young Thug was one of the first people to get Lil Baby into rapping, giving him guidance, letting him hop on songs and even paying him to leave the hood.
Lil Baby also revealed this in an interview with HotNewHipHop: “Me and Young Thug, we know each other from school, like high school together and grade school, we're from the same area.”
Lil Baby dropped out of High School in the 10th Grade. Legendary Hip-hop duo OutKast also attended Tri Cities High School in East Point, Georgia.
