Playboi Carti's ‘Die Lit' hits new milestone on Spotify
Playboi Carti's debut album, Die Lit, has now surpassed 2 billion streams on Spotify around four years after its release.
The project was released in May 2018 to generally positive reviews. It debuted at No.3 on Billboard 200 selling 61,000 album-equivalent units in the first week
The album featured Skepta, Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert, Pi'erre Bourne, Nicki Minaj, Bryson Tiller, Chief Keef, Gunna, Red Coldhearted, Young Thug, and Young Nudy.
The project was preceded by Carti's self-titled mixtape released in 2017.
