Weeknd breaks all-time monthly listeners record on Spotify
Canadian megastar The Weeknd is now the first artist to clock over 95M monthly listeners on Spotify. The multi-award-winning singer reached 94M monthly listeners for the first time last week and the numbers have been rising steadily.
In mid-last December, Abel was featured on the Avatar: The Way Of Water Original Motion Pictures soundtrack on the song, “Nothing Is Lost (You Give Me Strength).”
The Weekend has appeared on Spotify's top monthly listeners several times. The After Hours singer released his last album, Dawn FM, in January 2022.
