Drake reacts to becoming the first artist on Spotify to surpass 75 billion streams: ‘Send me a LeBron sized check’

Drizzy wants ‘bonuses' for the history he's making

Drake became the first artist to earn over 75B streams in Spotify history this week, and he immediately hopped on Instagram to urge the streaming giant to give artists “bonuses” for achievements like these. He went on to demand a “LeBron sized” check for the new record he just set.

“We should get bonuses like athletes to motivate the future artists to be consistent and competitive …so feel free to send me a Lebron sized cheque I have enough dinner plates @spotify,” Drizzy wrote.
