Gucci believes he belongs to ‘Mount Rushmore of anything'
Gucci Mane and B.G. recently appeared on Rap Radar Podcast to promote their new joint project, Choppers & Bricks, where the former discussed his place in the mixtape fraternity.
The Atlanta rapper was asked about a meme from last month that showed Future, 50 Cent, Lil Wayne and Jeezy as the “Mixtape Mount Rushmore.”
“I definitely belong there on the Mount Rushmore of anything,” Gucci declared. “That's just my opinion, but I'm biased.”
He added, “I'm not blind, you know. I've got different criteria that what I judge than what, probably, you judge. Or somebody else might judge. Or the popular opinion might judge.”
Gucci has been one of the most consistent rappers when it comes to dropping mixtapes. He has released around 78 tapes throughout his career.
